How do I place an order?

  • Register with us
  • Log in with your email address and password
  • Select the items and add to cart
  • Check out to confirm your orders and select shipping option
  • Make payment via PayPal, bank transfer or credit card
  • Invoice will be sent to your email

Can I change / cancel my order after it has been placed?

We aim to process and ship your order as soon as it is placed. Therefore it is not possible for you to change your order once it has been confirmed. Please ensure that your order is to your satisfaction before you make payment.

RETURN AND REFUNDS

What is the Returns policy?

We strive to provide our customers with quality and excellent value and all items are checked thoroughly prior to shipment. Except for the unlikely event of an incorrect item shipped, all items are non-exchangeable and non-refundable. All sales on The Bag Aesthete are final.

SHIPPING

How much is shipping?

Shipping fee of $10 will be charged for purchases under SGD500. Free shipping to Singapore addresses for purchases above SGD500.

Do you ship overseas?

Currently, we only ship to addresses in Singapore. Nevertheless, we hope to deliver overseas in the future!

How many days will shipping take?

For items in stock, we aim to have your purchase delivered within 5-7 business days.

How long do I have to wait for my pre-orders / customised orders? How will I be informed of the shipment arrival?

Typically shipment takes about 4 to 8 weeks for pre-orders / customised orders. You will be notified via email when your pre-ordered items have arrived.
